A Chicago loft construction worker fell to his death this week. The man was working on rehabbing a Chicago loft apartment when he fell down an elevator shaft.

The death is believed to be an accident, according to NBC5 News.

The Chicago loft building where he was working was located at 1560 S. Blue Island Ave.
