Chicago Real Estate Management Company Takes Senior Housing to New Level

Chicago real estate management companies are trying to improve the image of senior housing. In Chicago’s Gold Coast area, real estate development company Urban Innovations is in charge of Maple Point Tower. Maple Point Tower offers affordable housing for low-income seniors, and does it in a great neighborhood, while still providing lots of amenities to residents. The property includes free parking, heating and air conditioning, a fitness room and an outdoor patio.

Affordable senior housing has been a big priority of both state and city officials in Chicago, says Joe Trost of the Chicago Sun-Times. A variety of grants and federal funds have been put aside to fund the development of real estate projects aimed at creating decent places for Chicago’s senior residents to live.
